Marblism Industry Blueprint Proposal

A partner-led strategy to make Marblism easier to understand, easier to sell, and easier to implement.

The Opportunity

The Industry Blueprint Library packages existing Marblism AI employees into industry-specific implementation kits. Instead of presenting Marblism generically as a group of agents, each blueprint shows how the workforce solves specific workflow problems inside a specific industry.

First Proof of Concept

The Real Estate AI Employee Blueprint maps Eva, Rachel, Penny, Sonny, Stan, and Linda to real estate workflows: inbox, calls, content, social visibility, follow-up, and document clarity.

Why It Matters

This approach helps partners sell workflows rather than features. It gives them posts, visuals, lead magnets, setup guides, prompts, and implementation assets instead of only referral links.

Scalable Model

After real estate, the same blueprint structure can extend into fitness, pest control, nonprofits, healthcare, churches, authors, consultants, education, and other verticals.

Short Pitch

Real estate is one of the clearest use cases for Marblism’s AI employees, but most agents still see AI as “another app” instead of a workforce. The Real Estate AI Employee Blueprint packages six existing Marblism agents into a complete, industry-specific workflow—Eva for inbox and calendar, Rachel for calls where available, Penny for listing content, Sonny for visibility, Stan for follow-up, and Linda for document clarity—along with a Brain checklist, daily handoff prompts, and a partner-led starter kit. This gives the Partner Network a concrete, repeatable way to sell Marblism as an AI workforce for real estate instead of a generic tool, and it becomes the template for future industry blueprints.
